Make sure truck renters clean up all debris left behind like garbage, card board coffee cups etc, etc. Other than that, the truck was okay.
Jaime OI had confirmation by email that I booked the van from 10am to 8pm but the guy at the location told me I had to bring it back by 6pm which cut right into the allotted time I was gives the elevator at my condo to complete the move. I showed him the confirmation but he did not care telling me someone else needed it that night. It was stressful and unprofessional. Also the vehicle has an opening the allows air to blow into the car even when the window are winded up. The sound of the air coming in was so loud when crossing the highway that I couldn’t hear my brother or the radio. A very very annoying loud sound from the air filtering in from where ever the opening is.
