The U-Haul van I rented was dirty inside, with garbage, old clothes hangers, and used paper towels left behind. There was also a strong gasoline smell that made the drive very uncomfortable. Loud wind noise from the window made it sound as though we were on an airplane. It was difficult to communicate with my passengers, and the noise became worse on the highway. I noticed these issues as soon as I reached the highway and could not return immediately, so I called your centre to complain. I was advised to contact roadside assistance. Although the van was drivable, the experience was extremely unpleasant. I returned the van the same day, even though I had rented it until the following day and still needed it to continue moving. I recommend thoroughly cleaning, inspecting, and test-driving your vehicles before renting them out. This experience has left me very reluctant to rent from U-Haul again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have booked u haul for 3 hours but i need that for 5 hours i am told to the employee where i am pickup the truck that i need it for 5 hours can you please extend my time he told that i am unable to extend time you have to cancel your reservation and then rebook again . I don’t like this u haul policy that i have to cancel and book again its better we can get rental truck next time with local companies. And the truck is too much dirty from inside.

ANTHONY OHorrible. They charge you without even telling you the full amount that they will hold. I clicked the no to the safe coverage and they still charged me for it. I called U-Haul customer service and the sales rep told me that the location will remove the charge when I come back. I came back today and now I’m being told that safe coverage is mandatory. This place is a bunch of scammers I would never ever go back here again and will be sure to let everyone know
Jatinder GI was overcharged for this 15’ truck later for fuel refill. Fuel was refilled already before return of truck, and it was matched at same level.
