Horrible. They charge you without even telling you the full amount that they will hold. I clicked the no to the safe coverage and they still charged me for it. I called U-Haul customer service and the sales rep told me that the location will remove the charge when I come back. I came back today and now I’m being told that safe coverage is mandatory. This place is a bunch of scammers I would never ever go back here again and will be sure to let everyone know

KARNBIR SVery Bad service, they are not accurate about the service charges, without notify they pulled the amount without authorization. When asked for the description regarding the charges they hesitated either they didn’t provide you the invoice. They overcharged and big scammer……. Beware from them specially Gore location.
