The guy at this store started fighting with us when. Wee asked for receipts and he just scammed us before he was asking the small U haul was booked and take big one with higher price but later on when he saw a Customer there asking for big u haul that he give to us and then he asked its not booked and give that one to that customer and asked us to took it which s small that means he just scammed us to give big U-Haul just to get extra fees for that and when. We return it he created a issue for fuel which was same when we got it that’s why they never fill up to full because they need extra charges for it which I think that have in saved money from customers without reason and when we asked for receipt he doesn’t provide immediately and started shouting and yelling and later called the police over there It was a horrible experience to rent a U haul from there even when we checked their reviews they scammed same thing with other customers too I think these guys need to be get serious as they are proving professional services and just scammed customer for extra charges and when wee said we repeat to the U haul company and they said we don’t care
