Estimated price :71$ Actual price : 51$ My card was credited for full 71$. I did not yet receive the extra amount 20$. The contract agreement said I will not be credited at the start but I was credited, Which is not acceptable.
JAI KThis location needs better customer service, the employees and owner doesn’t know how to talk with customers. Very rude staff and unprofessional-not renting out U-Haul for some time as this location made me not wanna use U-Haul services anymore. This location should be closed down-even others have wrote down bad reviews as we know that it’s not us who’s the problem…it’s clearly the owner at this location. Very disappointing…..

Javid ATruck was very dirty and had mud and soil in it. Truck had lots of glass pieces on floor. It looked like someone broke glass bottle and it was never cleaned. Truck was handed over as it is. When I complaint to store, they said we would give it as it is. Usually, we do not clean it. It was very disappointing.
