Very Bad service, they are not accurate about the service charges, without notify they pulled the amount without authorization. When asked for the description regarding the charges they hesitated either they didn’t provide you the invoice. They overcharged and big scammer……. Beware from them specially Gore location.

KENROY EVery disappointed with the customer service\. This has happened to me 4–5 times\. Every time I make a booking, I receive a call asking me to change the pickup location without a clear reason\. The last time, they told me there was an issue with the truck and no truck was available at my selected location\. However, when I went to the store, everything was fine and I was able to book the truck directly\. Customer service did not listen to my concerns, cancelled my booking, and even disconnected the call without properly explaining\. When I called back, I was left waiting for a long time with no response\. The store itself is good, but the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing\.
