One of the windshield wipers were not working. We were driving on the highway very late at night and had to pull over and wait for the rain to slow down. This was extremely dangerous and stressful

Fresh paint on the floor and my stuff got sticky, Truck not working properly “auto gear shifting has issues lot of noise on race then shift the gear, first time experience people hank in 24 years in Canada due to truck not picking the race” they said it came after repair but no one is checking that vehicle is working properly.

JAI KThis location needs better customer service, the employees and owner doesn’t know how to talk with customers. Very rude staff and unprofessional-not renting out U-Haul for some time as this location made me not wanna use U-Haul services anymore. This location should be closed down-even others have wrote down bad reviews as we know that it’s not us who’s the problem…it’s clearly the owner at this location. Very disappointing…..
