The fuel charges were excessive and there was no mention to refuel as I have used it for 11 miles and cant be charges $12 for fuel charges. Really disappointed.

najot sThere was a dolly left in the truck due to heavy snow storm i had to leave the without checking , got a call from the pickup location and asked me to return the dolly and when i went back to return the equipment i was forced to go out in the snow again to fetch the dolly for the people working over in the location rather then going by myself and doing job of a person who borrowed that stuff in the first place
KAMAL YThe cab had papers all over and the cup holder and melted chocolate in it. I swept the back of the bed and the sign says 25% off and I never got that discount. Also the driver mirror kept flipping around so that is was highly dangerous to drive as I couldn’t see drivers on the left of me. I had to keep pulling over to reset the mirror. I mentioned this to the rental place and they said they won’t give me a discount; instead got unsalted for returning the truck 15 mins later. I even put in more full then what I was given. I have pics of the mirror and how it kept flipping around.
