I booked my appointment at 8am and required staff to do the documentation and to get the keys. Location was supposed to be open at 8am but nobody was on site and I had to call the number so that someone could come over and assist with the process, which resulted in not getting the truck until 8:30, cutting into the time I had rented it. Once the staff was there, they were quite helpful and everything went smoothly after that. Drop off also went well, no issues.

I spoke to the lady (called very late at drop off). She was kind, understanding and called back the next day to see that all was well. Very much appreciated the courteous and friendly service.
Jules RLate arrival opens at 8am didnt show till 845an.equipment in terrible shape .had to spend a hour adjusting tire pressure with no help.missing rear chain hook.just a bad experience at this location.
