Renter beware. If you have a death wish, go ahead and rent from this location. Original van we were first given was frozen solid and the person gave us a larger van which was supposed to be at the same price but we were charged higher price. This van had no heat in the cab or defroster for windshield and so driving was extremely difficult as the windshield kept freezing and there was lots of moisture on the inside of the cab. Our drive to Burlington was horrendous and the return drive to Brantford in the dark was even worse. Visibility was through a dime size opening on the windshield. There were a few times we almost drove off the highway. The trucks overall road condition was horrible, also swaying from side to side. When we took the van back there was no apology from the clerk and we asked for the owner and she told us that he would call us back within 24 hours. Two weeks later and we are still waiting for a call back. Absolute atrocious customer service & no service to the vehicles before renting. These vehicles are not checked for road safety.
