The A/C didn't work and made the 2 hour drive on a hot and humid day very uncomfortable. Also, the "Brake" light kept coming on intermittently even though the parking brake was fully disengaged.

The truck was an hour late. It was not on site. It was an incredible hot day and this put us behind. The front of truck was clean didnt check back when opened it was dirty..broken glass and debris. The truck itself was a nightmare. The AC worked. But actually didnt know if we would make it to destination. Couldnt take highway so that also added to our day. Store owners were kind and helpful. I returned an hour late due issues and they were understanding. The truck is just a nightmare.
Lisa PStaff were really kind and helpful at this location. It was a great first experience renting a U-Haul.

CHARLES HI probably will go to Penske next time. First disappointment was the guy was late for me to pick up. Second disappointment was truck was pretty much on empty. Had to stop Half way to my destination had to stop and get gas.. wasn’t happy with that at all and the price you are charging to rent them is totally ridiculous
