My issue is not with the pick up location it is with Corporate. The people at the pick were nice and tried to be helpful. My reservation got screwed up and it took nearly 2 hours to get my rental at the original price quoted. I was rerouted to another location and was not informed. And by far WORST of all, the people at corporate I was speaking to on the phone were rude and had zero sympathy for my very frustrating situation, which threw off my entire day and being 2 hours late cost me money. Specifically 2 different women at this number (413) 535-2432 were down right nasty and did nothing to even try and understand the situation no less help. The man i spoke to at least tried to be helpful. I get it mistake happen but how the company handles them means a lot. I am so frustrated by this experience i will likely not use U-Haul again and I will spread my bad experience to all if this matter goes unrectified.
RICHARD HDrop off was easy, staff again very friendly and helpful and checked trailer to make sure everything was fine for the next renter.
