First, my reservation switched to this location without my permission and in the opposite way I was going. Service was apparently bad there so using the app took forever. The man that helped me didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He was very short with me and seemed upset with me taking so long going through the app at the beginning and end. He even said angrily at the end “can you just give me the key so I can leave already”

The trailer brake lights and turn signals worked (we checked them), but the tail lights didn't work (it was daylight when I picked up the trailer). I almost got a ticket. . . Also, the trailer didn't have a trailer jack so it was VERY difficult to unhook the trailer when it was fully loaded!!!
