KEVIN NThis is the first time I've ever rented a U-Haul throuhg an employee-absent, compeletly unstaffed facility. It added extra time to the process at both ceck out and check in. The truck did not have the extra dollies I ordered in it. I had to then wait in line to speak to a virtual person (again!) before I could get my equipment - which I could see behind a locked glass door. Overall, very poor experience. I will be asking if the facility is operated by humans who are on-site next time. If this is a new U-Haul policy and not Midguard (where I rented from), I will be looking to Ryder for my next truck rental.
