Linda BThis was my first time renting a U-Haul and had to use the video chat in store. I was able to get the U-Haul but she did not tell me I had to fill the truck back up before dropping off and was charged a very large gas bill. Not happy with her lack of communication as I would have done that.
Heather SJust call the rental place to make sure they have moving blankets, boxes if you ordered them ahead of time.
