I don't think this location is typically bad, but yesterday's experience was not a very good one. The truck was not ready when I arrived at the 9 a.m. pickup time that was scheduled, and it had not been cleaned. The site manager was helpful and tried to clean the windows and apologized. Apparently the people who were responsible for cleaning the truck did not do so. The truck smelled of smoke and there were ashes stuck to the console, as though whoever had the truck previously had stubbed out cigarettes directly onto the console. The cupholders had remnants of something sticky in them and there was a sticky substance that had spilled all over and down the sides of the console. I was told that I needed to return the truck with 3/8 of a tank of gas, despite there only being 1/4 of a tank when I picked it up. I was in a hurry and running late at that time and it was well past the pickup time and I didn't want to argue. I needed to get home for a scheduled phone appointment. After my appointment, I cleaned off the console as best I could using Lysol wipes, but the truck still smelled and it was gross.

Dax DIt all through a computer to get your vehicle and I rented a dolly but because there is no person on site I couldn’t get it because it was behind a locked door. So I had to go spend $30 extra dollars to rent a dolly from another company I will never use this place or refer them to anyone else. They want to save money and keep more in their pocket rather than have an onsite person it’s ridiculous!!!
