very good pickup, although my phone number listed had a digit off,( even after getting a text from uhaul whilst booking the truck?!) which caused some problems later.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI get trucks from this location very often. They are always great.
Edward HI would recommend for convenience but be careful if you book ahead and then pick up the truck. I booked for my husband to pick up and what a mess. Other coverages I declined were added and then we were charged more money. I specifically booked so he could just pick up and not have to be involved with decision making. Now I have to fight the charge.
David SThe U-Haul app would not load/work at the location. It is a constant challenge at multiple U-Haul pick up locations. The people at this location are always helpful.
DAVID KOur truck broke down and we had to wait 3 hours for Roadside. Then had to get a ride to the new U-Haul place to get a new truck
