Horrible representative for Uhaul. Person's name is "Z". He did not what he was doing, he did not explain any safety policy or procedure for the trailer. It took over 40 minutes to finish the transaction. He repeated asked me the same questions that was already provided in the reservation. He called uhaul support twice for help. He was not answering any of my questions and concerns about my reservation directly. I will not rent a uhaul from the location and will not recommend to anyone. He was not professional and very rude when he does not know the answer to my question. He did not even show me how to put the trailer on or check to make sure the lights are working. I also found 2 used tires in the trailer. A horrible pick up experience from this location.

Reserved a 20' truck. Repeated 20' truck several times. Employee (Blanka) barely spoke English and had a hard time answering my questions over the phone. Would not take a credit card to reserve or send me confirmation on my actual reservation (probably so they didn't have to promise the 20' in writing). Went to pick up my truck and only a 15' was there. Told by another clerk that I reserved a 15' and there was nothing he could do since there were no more trucks on the lot. Basically told...oh well...nothing we can do to correct the situation. Zero customer service....don't care attitude. Had no choice but to take the 15' truck as I was moving that day. Beyond dissatisfied.

I made a reservation for 9am on Friday and received a confirmation email. Six days later I received another email stating a different location with a pick up time of 12 noon, which wouldn't work for us. I called to correct this and was told that I would be all set for 9am the next day. When I arrived at 9am, I was told that the reservation had been changed to 9pm. This place was able to lease me a truck, but the whole process was discombobulated and added unnecessary confusion and stress. They also charged me for two days when I only needed one.

As I was pulling out of the location, I noticed the gas gauge was considerably below half a tank. I reported it to owner upon my return. He ignored me. Not very professional! I would guess it was down about 2-3 gallons from half.

Good afternoon, I would just like to point out that a light was on when I received the truck. The light was for tire pressure and another tire related issue. I asked the gentleman at the pick up location about it and he told me not to worry about it. I feel that in a situation like that I should have received another truck. When carry a heavy load I do not want to be worrying about tire pressure. At that point I just took the truck because it took me 20 minutes to get my truck, and I was the only customer.
