Equipment was in good shape, but there was less than half a tank of gas, and I was told it was my responsibility to fill it with gas. Customer service overall was rather terrible I must say. Not helpful at all. Again, the truck that I have rented was in very good shape, so if you do not care about the customer experience by all means it is not a bad place to use.

MODESTO CThe UHaul app runs painfully slow, each step to upload required photos was delayed and this causes fustration when trying to do contactless rental. Needs to be improved
Anthony CI have been renting from U-Haul for over 20 years, In 5 states, and this is by far the BEST location. Staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They are open 7 days a week with extended hours every single day. I have not found this level of service and availability of equipment anywhere!
