1. I reserved an appliance hand truck. They didn't have one reserved for me or even have one at the facility. This screwed my entire move. 2. Truck was disgusting. Filthy, sap all over the windshield, wipers wouldn't clear it. Driver's mirror wouldn't stay still. Also the app told me to get the mileage before I drove but I couldn't because there was a message displayed where the odometer would be that said the back tire was low. The guy tried to convince me that it's a computer error. Ugh. 3. He made me wiggle/worm the truck out of the tight parking lot rather than just doing it safely for me. It was very difficult. 4. They made me park my car where the truck was so I had to do the switch. When I returned, my windshield was covered in sap! UGH! 5. The headlights on this truck were practically nonexistent!! I had to follow other cars so I could see the road! Very scary! 6. Because we didn't have an appliance hand truck, I had to get extra people to help "carry" everything instead! That really sucked. And, the protective blankets I rented were not even used because we had to manually carry everything. The next day I returned to Uhaul. I explained the laundry list of complaints to her. She couldn't care less. To boot, she even charged my card like $50 for not returning the blankets (which I manually did that morning un-used). They said they'd refund my money. Two weeks went by and they never did. So I had to go chasing after. The whole experience was sooo shady!!!!!
