Unprofessional. They seemed like they haven’t been doing this long. Owner was rude and not helpful. The process was a pain because they seemed incompetent. They store all their material in a small closet and the owner basically threw the bags at me and made me carry them to the truck. Then when I returned the truck after a long day of moving they told me I needed to bring the blankets inside the store and fold them all and put them away. The inside of the truck was disgusting and dirty before I got it. They then charged me a 25 dollar service fee because they said I made the truck dirty which was an outright lie and because I did not fold 3 moving blankets. I will never do business with this place again and I want to make sure everyone is aware of how unprofessional and rude this place it. 0 stars and I will disputing with both U-Haul and my credit card company.

Edward HNo complaints about the location or the renter, however the back of my truck was dirty and I had to sweep it out before I used the truck, alot of garbage dirt and cigarette butts so it slowed my day down.
