How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would recommend for convenience but be careful if you book ahead and then pick up the truck. I booked for my husband to pick up and what a mess. Other coverages I declined were added and then we were charged more money. I specifically booked so he could just pick up and not have to be involved with decision making. Now I have to fight the charge.
David SThe U-Haul app would not load/work at the location. It is a constant challenge at multiple U-Haul pick up locations. The people at this location are always helpful.

Martin SIt's a gas station rather than the full-scale U-Haul outlet where I rented, but the manager was kind and helpful, showing me how to read the gas guage while filling the tank to the same level as when I started out.
