The first trailer they tried to give me had a badly bent tongue. Very obvious. The next one was fine

Very friendly staff. I arrived at 7:50am, just as this location was opening for the day, and two members of their staff assisted me with backing up and parking the u-haul trailer, go through the inspection, and unhitching the trailer, along with closing out my reservation and printing out the confirmation.
