I reserved a truck with a dolly and 36 pads. This location only had 12 pads. No attempt was made to fulfill my request, only an excuse as to why they didn’t have more. I had to drive across town to another dealer to get more pads. I used my fuel, my mileage allotment and my time to get what I had reserved. This is poor customer service and I will remember this when I have to deal with another UHaul dealer and especially this location again.
