when I received and went to the location 900 Portland Road - location- they tried CHARGING me an additional $400.00 more than what was on my bill; They gave me a 20ft truck instead of a 15ft truck - they left me with a 1/4 tank of fuel in the truck- which cost me an additional $100 BEFORE I even wen to the storage unit.

ANDREW HThe pick up late. You called and said the reserves truck was not available but you would charge the agreed rate. The location charged me for the higher rate and insurance which I did not buy. I called uhaul and they said they would fix it, did not happen. I will contest the charge thru Bank of America credit. Very poor service at the local and national level
MICHAEL FWe were supposed to pick up the car transport in Brunswick but when we arrived we were told that they didn’t have one for us and that we would have to pick one up in bridgton instead which was over an hour away! The website says that they will give you $50 if your vehicle is not available but we didn’t get that either. I am very disappointed in U-Haul as we scheduled the pick up several days earlier.
