Great place and very local to my home. I did drop it off overnight so no staff were there. I haven't received a call from them with any issues about the drop off/return so I'm assuming everything was fine. Thanks!

We were told the gas tank was “full” (The gauge looked to be “full”), and upon returning it, we need to fill the tank.There was a gas station <1000 ft from the dealer. We drove 29 miles. When we filled it, it required 6 gallons. Either the tank was NOT full at pickup, or the truck got 4 miles per gallon. The U-Haul dealer dismissed it as “oh well” and sent us on our way. Lost me on that one.
THOMAS CThe rating is due to the fact that my preferred pick up location was 5 miles away. At the last minute I was told that I had to drive over an hour away to get my equipment and they had no way to accommodate me otherwise. The person at the pick up spot was nice and helpful.
BRADFORD WThe tires were all underinflated, I took pictures of the dashboard readout when I picked up the van, and when I returned it, it shows the tire pressure.
