The gentleman who runs this location was extremely nice and friendly, however the lady who works behind the desk in the office was extremely rude and condescending. I would not use this location again because of her tone and attitude towards customers. The van worked fine however it was dirty on the inside and had pre existing damage on the outside.
Morgan MAbsolutely will not be using Uhaul services again after this last move. Picking up the truck was a complete pain due to the app, and nothing seemed to load right on the app while using it. Not being able to talk to someone at any locations was a pain as the app would often not load or if you thought you submitted something it would just clear out all the boxes,or not let you continue to the next step. I had to call to register the truck are picked up, and dropped off since the app wouldnt work properly. Also, I had to call and change the size of the truck, and was still charged for the larger truck that I had originally requested which makes no sense.

JEFFREY SI did leave my car at there location and had a flat tire after. I’ll have to check my cameras in my car to see if someone let the air out or not. But most likely they didn’t but they might have but I doubt it
