PATRICK MVery difficult making contact. It took about 40 mins to figure out how to unlock the lock and there was no dolley in the truck to use.

PATRICK MThe truck was clean and available on time with Oliva/high five to them. However, 8 miles into our fully loaded trip the transmission or engine blew and the roadside wait time was very lengthy. U-haul towed the vehicle to the final destination allowed us to unload but then we had to wait for the pick up again and then go get a replacement truck. Not the most convenient situation when you are trying to move over a weekend. Spoke with the U-Haul Manager Lorenzo after the move was completed, he adjusted the billing on our account to compensate for the inconvenience and time. In the end it all worked out.
