The parking lot was very icy. I also have a question on the total amount. I can not read the full details on the receipt that was emailed or in the app as it is so small and doesnt allow me to zoom in. Its seems like I am being charged a ridiculous amount for gas and we only traveled 17 miles. Please email me a PDF of the receipt so I can review.

Kellie ZYour online process sucks. I don’t want to download and use yet ANOTHER app! I don’t want to “view” my receipt on your website. Send me a PDF or at least let me download my own PDF from the link. It’s a pain to deal with your site. I also froze my butt off checking in to pick up the truck. It was 14 degrees outside and your stupid check in app took me 45 minutes to check in before I could get the keys and at least warm up the truck. Not very impressed.
