She was on the phone most the time we were there. Checked the trailer, said drive around back and walked away. A guy came out and unhooked it and no one talked or explained anything. Went back around to front and asked for a receipt, she said it would be emailed and that was it. Definitely a a truck repair shop and a handy drop off, but would not rent one from there.
