Truck was good, lots of damage, but noted. Truck was clean and staff was friendly. U-Haul corporate made this pick up an absolute mess. After being there for over an hour, the local group drove out to give a key that was in the lock box the entire time. U-Haul was a mess yesterday. Long hold times, behind hung up on.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkShe was on the phone most the time we were there. Checked the trailer, said drive around back and walked away. A guy came out and unhooked it and no one talked or explained anything. Went back around to front and asked for a receipt, she said it would be emailed and that was it. Definitely a a truck repair shop and a handy drop off, but would not rent one from there.
