The pick up and return experience is dreadful with their app and picture taking. Pick up wasn't as bad as drop off. Pick up had me confirm the mileage, fuel level and I had to take 4 pictures of the truck...drop off was miserable. The fuel level was 9/16 (since they want to be as picky as considering 16th's)...and that's what I selected upon drop off. The app thought it was 1/2 so it would not let me proceed to taking the rest of the pictures and completing the drop off process. I ended up having to call customer service and was on the phone for another 20 minutes walking through each and every step. I had to select 1/2 even though it was 9/16 (more than necessary since I picked it up at 7/16). I get places are moving to technology and it's fabulous when it works, but dreadful when it doesn't. Probably won't be using U-Haul next time I need to move.

U-Haul website is hot garbage. Took over 30 minutes to even get to the point where we could take a picture of my drivers license and then it quit doing anything. This is a constant with U-Haul website. Every time I have ever rented something from U-Haul this shit has happened. You are a national company. Get better.
