Rental was fine and trailer was as expected. Huge disappointment was that I needed a ball hitch. The uhaul web site showed a price of $29, yet the store charged me $50. When I said the web site had a lower price, I was told "well that's uhaul's site, not ours". So, the lesson here is go to another store first so you don't get gouged and ripped off.
