The service was wonderful. However, the tow dolly we rented had not been properly maintained. It was a scary experience but thank heaven nothing worse happened.

I had a truck reserved a week prior, yet when I arrived to pick up the unit it was not available. Apparently the previous user had not returned the truck. I had to come back the next morning to pick up the truck which completely changed my schedule for that day. Emphasize the importance or meeting the return times because it really affects the next customer in line for that rental product.

Truck provided for across county trip to Arizona in summer without air conditioning and broken window crank. It was an old truck without cruise and tires in poor condition. NOTHING about the truck operation or condition was reviewed with me during pick up. We switched pick up date and location at YOUR request and was told we would be given additional mileage and 1 extra day at no charge, but we're only given 10 extra miles, no extra day. I requested by email to adjust this with no response, leaving us with no other option than to alter our travel arrangements. The only positive about the experience was the fact that the truck did preform well and had no mechanical issues.

Everything went great till I went to get gas. I had went about 40miles in the truck so I didn't expect it to take much to fill it up. I turned the truck off. (because that's what your suppose to do!) I put about 3 gallons in I turned it on just enough to see if the gas gauge had moved annnnnnd nothing. I assumed with it being 26ft long maybe it had a very big tank and so I put in more stopped.....and nothing had changed again. At $30 in gas I figured that had to have been enough. When I got back in the truck and started it all the way, it was 7/8 full, not the 3/4 I was suppose to have filled it to! I understand all cars/trucks are different but most people don't drive uhals all the time. I did use the blankets, appliance dolly, and more miles than expected but what was suppose to cost me $72 (on original estimate) ended up costing me $97 plus the $30 in gas. I think it would be nice if you picked it up on full and dropped it off on full so the pump can turn itself off.
