Shannon HI have rented many U-Hauls in the past. This location has to be by far the worst. I put in all the information including credit card information. When I arrived for my pick up they had none of the information. They then told me I’d have to rent one of their appliance dollys which was part of my online reservation because they didn’t have one from U-Haul. Overall not a great customer experience this location spent 10 minutes telling me how U-Haul is not great to work with and that they don’t provide the necessary equipment. I will not work with this location again.
