I am not sure why I was charged so much. The app didn't work, the person at the shop didn't know anything about the process. The person she talk to on the phone didn't have access to the platform. The initial estimate was 93 dollars and the final bill is 272? That's ridiculous.

Dropped off after hours, but was easy with the app
JEFF BThere was no truck (although we had been assigned one) at the location. Had to call the 800 number to get the site manager and another truck. The internet service was very poor making it difficult to use the app.
