The app was very buggy and I had to talk to two different agents to complete the pick up. It took nearly an hour. Also, why on earth do I have to list two reference like contacts for you call and confirm? That took extra time and effort. Its was a negative overall experience and a ton of effort to rent a truck that cost less than $50.
