I arrived at 9:00 to drop off the truck and no one was there. When I returned later it was after 10:30 and U-Haul charged us for an extra day since the truck was due at 10:30. We also got charged over $300 for a scratch on the bumper that we did not cause.

How U-Haul Reviews Workuhaul trailer was not hooked up properly (handwheel coupler not tightened down), so the first bump i hit on I-65, the trailer came off the ball and shortly thereafter, the safety chains broke free. additionally, the trailer was not road safe, as there was no brake fluid in brake reservoir nor did emergency brake on trailer activate.
