Make sure the floorboards are clean. Someone with muddy shoes had left dirt on the floorboards.

Anna HThey didn’t have any blankets at the location or dollies and I pre-ordered both. It would be nice to know that before going to pick up the truck. Unrelated to the location, the check-in process was tedious having to hunt down a friend we could take a call for reference was over the top. These are things that I should’ve been notified of beforehand and had time to arrange rather than getting surprised on location when I’m on the clock.
