I was going to send an email but hopefully this information gets to the right department. I have never had a problem or complaints before this recent interaction. I'm usually happy and have no complaints when dealing with your great services, but this Saturday morning was just problem after problem. First off my initial reservation did not have either pieces of equipment. So my arrangements and schedule was already in trouble. After finally reaching someone online, the nearest location was about 25 miles away, which is just fine until the miles all add up 25 away from me then the 38 to my destination 38 back and 35 to return. I don't feel the mileage was fair in this situation. To add to the fuel, the truck was not changing gears properly so was stuck in lower gears so on higher way wasting even more fuel. Then while In traffic at stand still ac did not work properly and wouldn't cool. These small things may seem trivial but I assure you all added up on an important day for relocation was very troublesome. Then ad insult my bill was way larger than calculated. It was not ready when promised, had to wait to pick up and promised time adjusting to compensate for the inconvenience. I return it and brandon same employee who promised the adjustment stated he couldn't because it was over 2 hrs and thats all he can adjust, so charged me for 2 days anyways not what he had said to meCarlos L.

I rented an appliance dolly. I got billed for an appliance dolly and a utility dolly. The truck I rented was leaking water from the ceiling of the interior cabinet during rain. my arms, steering wheel, the whole dashboard, and my clothes got wet while driving inside the truck. Not even going to bother calling to get my money back on the utility dolly they billed me extra for. If I had to wait for more than an hour to get my truck that I reserved online. It'll probably take another hour just to get the $7 (+tax) back. Never using U-Haul from Brownsville Boca Chica again.YIWEN Y.

The service was so poor from beginning to end. I asked where I was supposed check in for a reservation and the guy working the front was extremely bothered. I was charged for the truck before I used it which was fine upon returning the vehicle I was being charged additionally, unfortunately the manager wasn't aware of what he was saying. Stating that my bank was fake and would return the funds after he charged me again. The charge eventually was only a few dollars more because he didn't know how the process worked which was that I pay for the rental and then pay for the miles used after. He tried to make me look suscrÃbales for explaining that ans he continues with the same statement. The bank isn't real and we don't charge before hand. I showed him the bank statement on my phone that wasn't pending it had gone through and the money had in fact been removed and insisted on charging me the same amount plus the mileage. I literally would rather move and entire house on a bike then deal with that situation again. Unnecessary all of that just so unnecessary, a waste of timeAmber C.

She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made my experience a great one. World class customer service. I couldn't get a small truck but she found me a 17â€ truck which ended up being EXACTLY what I needed to move all my junk. I am so grateful. Thank you! We had a Check Engine light at the end of our first day's drive. I tried to reach the local store (after 9pm), which was understandable. There was not much for instruction on how to report. It didn't feel like a 'replace the truck' situation, but would have been nice to be able to talk to or report to someone at the time. Light was no longer on the next morning, so we proceeded in our drive.KATHERINE E.
