Impressive facility. Lots of moving supplies available and on display. Impressive variety of trucks on site as well. I believe it was Juan Delgado that checked me in. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked in despite other customers ahead of me, and when it was my turn he was super friendly and quick to get me all signed out. Thanks again Juan.

I return the equipment 3 day late I was taking to one of the rep he explained it to me why I was getting charge xtra fee for the insurance per day he mentioned me I should be told the day I rented it ( the other employee that miss to provide me with info reply “common sense “) this is unacceptable from your Uhaul people since they are the experts. Chame on your Boca Chica Branch employees with such an attitude

Waited almost 40 minutes to pick up my reserved trailer. Did online check in the day before and salesperson made me answer all the questions all over again. What is the point of online check in?

you only need to check the guys incharged in customer service, one of them tryed me to charge extra days of rent. (i wanted 1 day of rent and he tried to charge me 2 days)

I called before turning in trailer since I was going a day earlier than scheduled. I believe they were expecting me and simply took in the trailer with no questions asked. Very easy going and great experience.

This is the first time I've ever rented a uhaul that didn't have a ramp on the truck. Then, I reserved an appliance dolly several weeks ago and was told yesterday that there were none available. I wish I could have known that ahead of time in order to make other plans. The staff was very kind but these things were very disappointing.

Stood in line for 35 min when returning unit. They charged me a fuel charge because the needle was not on the line Rude and not caring.. Have used with UHaul for years and upset with this place. The truck had a broken windshirld, needs a break job, and the drivers side visor hangs down with no visor on passenger side. You need to do something about this site for it is a UHaul site.

The attendant was helpful and friendly, the trailer was ready when I arrived. I had checked in online and paid in advance, but the service attendant did not seem aware of that. He asked for my ID, etc. Started the check-in process all over again. Would be helpful if that was the first question they asked, "are you already checked in?" The online check in was easy and seemless. Will use U-Haul again!

The attendant was rude. She didnt know if the 14$ insurance covered the other drivers and simply shakes it off by asking, your not going hit someone today right.

We did our best to arrive at the return site before closing at 7:00. We arrived at 7:08. We approached the return contract box and the sliding doors opened. We didn’t see anyone around, which we found strange. We saw another door so approached it and a man came out and told us to get out. We explained we were there to return a dolly and he told us to get out of the building now and to call customer service. I showed him that I was on the line with customer service and had been on hold for 20 minutes and we needed to know where to put the dolly. He said he was sorry but to get out of the building, they were closed and we needed to leave, then he went back through the door. We went out but because we were trying to figure out what to do, standing in front of the automated doors, they opened again. At this point he came storming out of the door again and yelled at us to leave and then locked the sliding doors. We were shocked. Still trying to figure out what to do, we saw another young man come out of a different part of the building. We approached him and told him we needed to return the dolly and he very politely and kindly explained how and where we could leave the dolly and the contract. We explained what happened with the other man and he apologized for his behavior and said it’s because they were closed. We thanked him for his help and were able to return the dolly. The behavior of the first man was inappropriate and very unprofessional and did not reflect well on your company. The behavior of the second man was greatly appreciated.
