She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made my experience a great one. World class customer service. I returned the trailer that I rented. I got a call a couple days later. They told me they were gonna report the trailer stolen if I didn't return it. They didn't even check to see if it was there. Smh.MANUEL M.

We had a Check Engine light at the end of our first day's drive. I tried to reach the local store (after 9pm), which was understandable. There was not much for instruction on how to report. It didn't feel like a 'replace the truck' situation, but would have been nice to be able to talk to or report to someone at the time. They changed the original pick up location (Pared Line Rd) because trailer was not available. The person who was at the Paredes Line location was cursing and telling me: â€œit's not my fu;$&(@ fault, dont look at me like thatâ€ â€œWhy you didnt pick up the fu/!&;k trailer in Round Rock, it is your fault...you needed to called â€œ when I asked about why I wasnt contacted before if the trailer was not available. Me and my children were removed from the uhaul because the drug dogs at the border checkpoint alerted to the front fender of the uhaul. All of our personal belongings we in our vehicle we were towing behind the uhaul. After searching my children, myself our personal vehicle and our belongings, the dog was still alerting to the front end of the uhaul. It took two hours before finally letting us go. I had just picked up the uhaul from brownsville, an hour before crossing the checkpoint. I was enraged at the experience my family was put through due to whatever was left in the fender of the vehicle. Contacted uhauls regional manager of that area for a refund. The location for the trailer pick up was great and the people were very helpful. The Uhaul mobile site was absolutely inaccessible and unusable for both the reservation and the return. I had my laptop with me so I used the actual website fo ray reservation, which was better, but still clunky. That part needs work.Michael H.
The check out process was a bit confusing. Thought I had confirmed everything when I checked out at register but it still asked to confirm via app. It would be great if returning instructions expectations would be provided in detail via email. They should inspect the tires the trailer they rented had a damaged tire. They should have exchanged the trailer to one that was in good working condition. I will never use uhaul again. I should not have to pay $6,500 for a uhaul to drive from California to Texas. I will never tell ANYONE to use your services again, and have told everyone I know about Uhaul and them PRICE GOUGING people in this pandemic, when people are most desperately needing any money they have. This whole experience upsets me so much, I am planning on buying a truck for my next move, and to move the stuff I had to leave behind in a storage unit. It is cheaper for me to leave my belongs in storage for 5 years in California, buy a truck and drive back to get it, that even accounts for food gas and hotels. No... Never again with Uhaul.Jon A.
THEY TRUCK WE WERE GIVEN WAS LOUD AS CAN BE MEANING IT PROBABLY DID NOT HAVE A MUFFLER, WE HAD TO GO THRU 3 TOW DOLLYS BEFORE THEY COULD FIND ONE WITH WORKING LIGHTS - GERALDO WHO HELPED ME WAS AMAZING BUT HTEY WERE UNDERSTAFFED AND HE AND HIS COWORKER NEEDED HELP THAT DAY. COULD NOT BELIEVE THE ONLY TRUCK THEY WOULD HAVE FOR US WAS THAT RAGGED AND ROUGH. I LITERALLY TOOK 3 ALEEVE EACH DAY OF DRIVING BC THE TRUCK NOISE GAVE ME A HEADACHE AND WE DROVE FROM TX TO SC IN 3 DAYS.TRUCK DEFINITELY NOT WORHT WHAT I PAID FOR ITPAMELA F.

The employee who checked in my car tow dolly disconnected the dolly from the uhaul truck before I drove my car off. He then told me to drive off and when I did the dolly flipped up in the air and the front of my car smashed into the car tow dolly causing the front end piece of my car to come off. I was able to mostly reattach it, but some of the connectors are permanently broken. Please inform employees not to disconnect dolly before directing car to drive off. Other than that, everything was handled professionally and excellent service.Ryan T.

The wiring was not right on the trailer, the person who hooked it up "checked" that the blinkers, brake and emergency lights worked but they were inverted. I noticed this at a gas stop and flipped the connection and it fixed the problem. I could have gotten pulled over for this or could have caused an accident because the indicator weren't right. So just wanted to make that observation.OSCAR EDUARDO H.
