DEAN AWhile this site and employee were great to deal with, I will NEVER recommend U-Haul to anyone. I reserved a truck weeks in advance, and the day before pick up I was notified at 8am that there are no vehicles available, and that I would need to arrange travel from Sault Ste Marie ON to Bruce Mines, (approximately 70kms away). I feel like the lack of competition in the North means U-Haul has a very "take it or leave it" mentality.
