They have only one person that deals with the uhaul, He doesn't check the equipment in until days later so you never know what is available. No one checks the stuff in at drop off nor assists at pick up.
John F.Truck rode like a lumber wagon. Would have been nice to have a smoother ride. This did not have anything to do with the awesome service that we received.
Cheryl B.I would recommend Brud Mines location I would never recommend the Blind River location as their trucks are frozen to the ground and plowed in and they expect u to shovel it out I also fell and went under the truck in Blind River as everything was glare ice I hurt my back arm and leg.
