Poor equipment. Had to change trailer equipment 3 times. Double charged for usage. Terrible experience

It was a nightmare start to finish. Was able to order blankets/moving pads, st the site they didn’t have any: the lock wouldn’t work, the app wouldn’t work properly. I had to go out of my way to different locations in the sault to get blankets. Had to call customer service multiple times. Only twice did I get someone who was friendly and helpful. Never again will I use uhaul

Diedrich KPay back the full cash deposit would be a good start. the guy made me pay 18.50$ deposit cause i paid cash but refunded 3.50$ and i was right on time so you still owe me 15$.
