Again the app did not upload the photos and the person at the counter was not helpful. When we reached out to U-Haul through the app they closed out the chat without answering our questions regarding the photo upload.
CHARLES GI was very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product. I needed moving blankets and I got them from this location.
Janet SThis was the second trailer I have rented recently and again this trailer had i light fault (passenger side front amber lights not working, the last one had to be swap out as it was blowing fuses on the tow vehicle, the only available replacement was smaller and I was unable to get all the move done hence the second rental
