The truck that I rented was hard for the gears to shift. Slow moving, I reported that to the agent when I returned it.
CASSANDRA BReturned the equipment after hours, within the timeframe. Never received any instructions on that. Followed signs for return. Was charged for two extra days as the return wasn’t processed in a timely manner, apparently.
CADEN TTrailer was clean inside, tires were new with plenty of tread. The paint/decals were peeling and cosmetically looked sad
LARRY MThe Gentlemen that assisted with rental pickup was not very helpful and suggested I go to actual Uhaul rental to rent my car trailer or go to Penske rental.
