The U-Haul we wanted had a whole plate broken in the center of the U-Haul bed. It was a huge fall hazard. My friend Brandon fell through it 4 times when moving.

The rental process was simple, the customer service was excellent, and everything went smoothly and as planned. The only issue was that this location did not have the furniture pads and one of the dollies I requested. We were able to work around both issues, but a suggestion for improvement would be to make sure requested items are available for customers renting vehicles for moving.
