Tire was flat when we picked up the vehicle. They were unable to take the vehicle back on the second day that we rented it, so we had to change and only rent it for one day. The girl who took our reservation, told us that we could keep it longer for that day since when we arrived they didn’t have the blankets or the dolly that I paid for online and there was no communication about it. But when we went to take it in the next day before 2 o’clock like she told us too, they tried to charge us for an extra day. I will definitely rent from the main store next time and not this place.

WILLIAM CThe computer showed that pickup trucks were available at this location but they were not. I ended up having to rent a box truck instead. It was OK but I would have preferred a pickup truck.
