Rude associate. Kids running wild through store. Advertised a return time then at pickup made return time two hours sooner. Asked if we could return later (as we had booked to return later) and the male associate said yes, but the female associate argued with him and said no. Tank was only half full, and tire pressure was low when leaving. Truck was very dirty, and due to time limits we paid $150 to get half of a job done.

radhika W.Nothing really. Despite a few bumps with my reservation a few days ago being cancelled for a no call no show the day before, it went well. The staff at the location was very friendly and was able to get the vehicle to me quickly. The truck was in amazing shape and drove well.
