Went to drop off the truck at 9:30pm intending to leave the key in the drop box. Miles allowed, I was 2 under, and the gas was dead on where it should be. Got there and the gate was locked, had to drive back home. When arriving the next morning I told them i had come the night before and the gate was locked, their reply was "Yes, we do that". I told them I had been there the night before and the numbers were good but then but had to drive home and back because of the gate. She said that she would take care of it. When leaving I did notice the drop box on the side of the building, no point that being there right? The next day I saw my credit card had been charged an additional $29.55. No receipt or explanation has been texted or e-mailed to me. NOT HAPPY!

A fair price and they had just what I needed

ANTHONY LTire was flat when we picked up the vehicle. They were unable to take the vehicle back on the second day that we rented it, so we had to change and only rent it for one day. The girl who took our reservation, told us that we could keep it longer for that day since when we arrived they didn’t have the blankets or the dolly that I paid for online and there was no communication about it. But when we went to take it in the next day before 2 o’clock like she told us too, they tried to charge us for an extra day. I will definitely rent from the main store next time and not this place.
