The facility that I went to is very peculiar. When I arrived I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to show up while I waited I called a few numbers associated with the location and one was from the U-Haul web app. No answer and still nobody to provide customer service. So I hooked up the equipment called U-Haul customer service and was transferred to a regional manager and told them I needed to be going down the road. I was checked out over the phone. Then I was finally called back from the pickup location and I informed the person that I was checked out over the phone and told her I walked around the site called and left messages and and nobody was around. It was mentioned to me that the office was behind a container that was behind a junk art yard. I said I didn’t see it because of the other junk laying around, crashed cars junk trailers basically a junkyard except for the U-Haul equipment. I never did go back as I was checked out over the phone. If I was in charge of U-Haul I wouldn’t allow people like that represent U-Haul. I will never recommend anyone I know to use that location and I will be writing a review on google for everyone to see. Absolutely not a good representation for U-Haul. Rich

The check out and in process was easy.
Miguel OI was redirected to this location after the original location I was set to use failed to supply my rental truck. I was irritated as I had to drive further away and it wasn't convenient for us. I also had to rearrange my plans for what I needed the truck for. We ended up missing our turn into the location twice, because I didnt know it was the place with the metal art (Uhaul just gave me the address). I couldnt find a human, didnt know where the key was. My internet wasn't working well when I got there, and the location was closed. I really didnt want to call Uhaul and sit on hold for another 20 mins, so I took a chance and called the number listed on Google. To my surprise, someone actually answered the phone! I was quite frustrated with how things were going and my phone screen freezing on the Uhaul app. CICI to the rescue! She was my saving grace! She checked me in on her end, and my phone finally started working. She went above and beyond helping me when she really didnt have to!! I appreciate her so much! The truck we rented was brand new! Only 280 miles on it, and super clean and pretty! We picked up and dropped off within a few hours. Cici Saved my crumbling Uhaul experience! She was so sweet and kind. Thank you, Cici!!

Peter GThe original pick up location in Sun City West (Surprise) did not provide me with the trailer that I had booked and therefore had to travel 40 miles to a location that had what I wanted. I booked the trailer weeks in advance. Not happy with UHaul at all.
