This place is a joke, I had a large truck and auto transport to return and there were pylons covering the entrance to the parking lot. There is little signage for this turn and was barely bbig enough for the truck to turn into. I was told that I had to return to this location by uhaul although there were several that were closer and much easier to get to. Even Google maps could not correctly pinpoint this location in the middle of nowhere.

Catherine MThe facility that I went to is very peculiar. When I arrived I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to show up while I waited I called a few numbers associated with the location and one was from the U-Haul web app. No answer and still nobody to provide customer service. So I hooked up the equipment called U-Haul customer service and was transferred to a regional manager and told them I needed to be going down the road. I was checked out over the phone. Then I was finally called back from the pickup location and I informed the person that I was checked out over the phone and told her I walked around the site called and left messages and and nobody was around. It was mentioned to me that the office was behind a container that was behind a junk art yard. I said I didn’t see it because of the other junk laying around, crashed cars junk trailers basically a junkyard except for the U-Haul equipment. I never did go back as I was checked out over the phone. If I was in charge of U-Haul I wouldn’t allow people like that represent U-Haul. I will never recommend anyone I know to use that location and I will be writing a review on google for everyone to see. Absolutely not a good representation for U-Haul. Rich
