The original pick up location in Sun City West (Surprise) did not provide me with the trailer that I had booked and therefore had to travel 40 miles to a location that had what I wanted. I booked the trailer weeks in advance. Not happy with UHaul at all.
KENNETH LNot a whole lot of interaction, just a wave from the door of the building ,my son disconnected the car hauler we never spoke.. The location is convenient to our home.

Rich CThe trailer had debris left in it for last person. And I had to air up one of the tires it only had 15 psi.
Michael CWhen I picked up the truck the gas tank was empty and the two rear tires were low on air. I had to drive ten miles out of my way to get gas and I had to put air in the back two tires three days in a row. I received a text message that the original site for my pick up was being changed to another location which was in the middle of no where.

ERIC VThey did not fix my reservation after the lady on Watson screwed it up. They promised me the same rate and over charged and she delayed me and cancelled my reservation.
