Teresa HThe process was/is easy and instructions for booking, pickup and return quite clear. The only suggestion I can make is that a small step stool be offered to "older" clients who might have difficulty climbing into U-Haul trucks! The stretch is a bit much for folks with arthritic or bad knees. Other than that, the service is excellent.
