It was so easy to pick up the trailer and return it. Thank you for a great experience!

I feel dumb that I did not know there was a mileage charge on top of rental fee. The $45 rental turned into $130. Unfortunately, I will probably use another service next time. Location was great but wish they were offered more rental choices especially a van.
Teresas WFriendly staff. Took my reservation with no problem. Great Job!
Roland BDrop off was not flawless. When I called to notify my original drop location it took 3 calls before someone was able to tell me that they were not able to take trailer drop offs and I needed to call U-Haul. I called and got routed a person that was able to help me find another local place that unfortunately loses on Mondays. I was informed that I could do a self drop off with the app. I loaded the app and took the trailer in. The app procedure worked well but it said I would get an emailed copy of my drop off receipt but never have seen that. I’m still trying to figure out how to get a copy for my records.
Dennis WI scheduled both of my reservations to be dropped off at the same location, only to discover upon returning that the drop-off location for one of them had been changed the night before while I was still in transit. When I make a reservation, I expect the details I set up to remain consistent. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Because the original location was no longer accepting equipment, I was directed to a site 30 miles away. This added inconvenience was not something I planned for, and it made the return process unnecessarily difficult. I arranged my reservations in a way that worked best for me, but those plans were disrupted through no fault of my own. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience, as I had trusted the system to honor the reservations I carefully set up.
