MELVA MMy friend and I moved at similar times from the same city to the same city and they showed me that it is much cheaper to rent a U-Haul through the app than it is online. I feel like I paid way too much booking online than my friend did on the app. Something to consider when renting.
Braeden WThe self-check in experience was not smooth as the service was not successful after several attempts via app. Very frustrating. After seeing the OPEN sign, we elected to obtain assistance from the staff. They were friendly & helpful.
