How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I say the personnel were helpful, I’m talking about the assist from the call center. The location was closed. The U-Haul app sucks. Some horrible glitch took place that had us driving to multiple locations for after-hours drop off. We spoke with 3 different advisors. All 3 were incredibly kind, thorough, and friendly. The app showed I neither had a reservation/order and there was no Return Truck button available with my phone number. GLITCH! We were finally advised to input an email instead of the phone number to get the app to accept the return. Moving day is stressful enough. You place unrealistic mileage limits on the vehicle then have a customer add an extra 20 miles (at a $1 per mile) just to locate a drop-off location. Top it off with a frustrating app experience and you’ve got the makings of a day that would make a preacher curse! Nice job! The redeeming value were your call center personnel. They saved your reputation. They helped find a location, extended the mileage, and got the app resolved after an hour delay and 20 miles of running around in Texas heat to an ever-angering experience with your crappy app. Fix it. It sucks.

James LMake sure the signage faces the street and not the lot. You cannot see it from the street. Turn the sign 90⁰. Great, friendly, incredible service. Just a little tough to find..
