We waited for over a hour before we could get into our rental (not by our own fault). The mobile app and website reset on us 5 times, requiring us to re-enter our information and restart the process over and over again. We tried to reach out to customer support by phone and was told the wait would be anywhere from 45 minutes - 4 hours. So when all was said and done, we ended up with an hour less time to rent out the truck, and despite our efforts to start early when it was cooler, we ended up starting much later, when temps had already risen.
