BRITTANY PImprove the in app check in and out. Without the onsite guy we wouldnt have gotten our truck and i wasnt able to submit photos when returning the truck
REYMOND BThis location is closed on Mondays, so I had to use the app. I already had an account and knew how to use the app, but every time it sent me a one-time code, the code could not be verified. Thankfully, I’d set up Face ID previously so that was good. The app tries to make the pickup and return process easy, but the process is pretty arcane so the app gets a bit annoying. Taking pictures of drivers license, yourself, all angles of the truck, gas gauge, interior, etc. Next time I’d aim to pick up the truck when employees are on site.
