The owner Cesar goes above and beyond to help customers. He was very cordial and patched the electrical issues that Santa Maria, CA U-Haul screwed up royally. I still had some issues with the fix but made it to Texas.
ADALBERTO TThe guy was rude, told me numerous times how lucky I was to have this truck and he only came in to work for me to get it. Most people use the counter less pick up and didn’t understand why he had to be here to hand it off to me. He didn’t check the truck over before giving it to me, when I got it home I saw a huge chunk out of the side of one of the tires. I hade to call the 24/7 road service to repair it. I would never rent from them again. They shouldn’t be doing this job if they don’t want to be bothered with it.
