I was told that if we returned the truck sooner than specified that I would get a partial refund! This never happened & I was disappointed that this no one contacted us considering that we returned it in a matter of 6 hrs of my rental contract!

You should be able to cross check and acknowledge the mileage when you’re getting in what it’s expected to be at when you get back, some sort of paper trail, but there is no checkmark list or wasn’t given a receipt and was double charged for miles that I did not use
