I come into a drop off location unfriendly to any kind of U-haul eauipment. Worst I have dropped off at. First I am told the way I can in made it difficult to drop off. I replied I was never provided instruction of how to come into the cramped site not suitable for easy trailer drop off, lanes blocked and no way to drive through the property to the next driveway! The attendant asked if he could drive my motor home and i allowed him. As he seemed to impatient with me to drive my own vehicle to unhook the trailer where he wanted in this unsuitable U-haul business location. I asked him not to damage my motor home and he said he would try. I replied, don't try, don't damage my motor home. U--haul has really declined in business practices and customer service,. Again, the day I never need another U-haul rental will be one of the best days of my life as U-haul drive away one customer after the other. Poor rental equipment, poor equipment maintenance practices, and a very poor culture of sending the wort U-haul equipment to the next location. Just look at a U-haul location and more U-haul equipment is on the lot than on the road and it is clear whey this exists. U-haul culture, it management, its supervision, its employees are fed up with U-haul like all U-haul customers..

Jeffrey KI was told that if we returned the truck sooner than specified that I would get a partial refund! This never happened & I was disappointed that this no one contacted us considering that we returned it in a matter of 6 hrs of my rental contract!
