I called this location multiple times and often times they don’t answer the phone or tell me to call later because they have customer… like I’m not a customer myself. I called to confirm the equipment would be in the truck, when u arrived at 6:30a the appliance dolly was missing, derailing my plans. I received no apology from the workers nor the people at corporate. Ialso was trying to change my payment method for rental as I was doing after hours check in, multiple at corporate and the brick and mortar location told me they don’t know, no effort to try to help at all. Turns out I could add a card during the checkout but I had to figure that out myself. Terrible experience with UHaul will never rent from them again.
