Angel RThe whole process was very simple, from shopping on the U-haul website, chosing the location, and ordering the truck, to the pre-check in from my email a half hour before pick-up time. Upon arrival at the office the clerk was extremely helpful and had everything ready. In less than 5 minutes she had the contract complete, my rental parked at the curb and the key in my hand. Excellent and pleasant customer service.
